I thought there was a rule somewhere that would make your CI fail if there wasn't any commit with a Changelog |

OK. So this fail (https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning/actions/runs/27689149066/job/81897831533?pr=9228) should be fixed by this PR 9214, just merged. |
